1. Project-based services
Websites, mobile apps and software are custom services delivered in milestones. Fees paid for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
2. Advance payments
If a project is cancelled before work begins, advance payments may be refunded after deducting any costs already incurred (for example, third-party licences, domains or hosting purchased on your behalf). Specify your exact terms here.
3. Maintenance and subscriptions
Maintenance plans and recurring services can be cancelled for future billing periods. Payments for the current period are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your agreement.
